We differ from most gyms in that we offer support for any sport or activity you enjoy or would like to enjoy in your life. If you want to get into shape for golf, our trainers will increase your coordination, stability, flexibility, speed, and strength. If you need to lose 50 pounds we have a proprietary nutritional program that will rejuvenate you from the inside out. If you’re having problems walking up a flight of stairs, we will increase your functionality by improving your core strength, joint strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. Better Bodies does not sell memberships like a lot of health clubs. We offer fixed and flexible financing options as well as the ability to create something especially for your needs.

When you’re ready to begin your training program at Better Bodies, you will receive a customized plan with a specified number of weekly training sessions based on your goals and lifestyle.
